Scholarship Application Information and Submission Guidelines

Please mail your completed application (including the additional required documents) by Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS certified mail to the H.U. Lee Memorial Foundation at 1800 Riverfront Drive Little Rock, Arkansas 72202. It is to your advantage to have a tracking number that confirms your completed application packet is received by the H.U. Lee Foundation. You may also submit all the required elements in a 9×12 envelope via regular USPS mail. The ideal packet will include the completed application form (printed one-sided), essay, two letters of recommendation, sealed transcript, SAT/ACT score report from the testing company or College Board, and a 4×6 high resolution color photo (photo required for National Scholarship applicants only). Mailing your packet ensures that each required element is received simultaneously and in a manner that best represents you as a scholarship candidate.

The deadline for submission is February 15, 2024. If it is impossible to submit the completed application packet prior to the deadline, applications which have been postmarked by February 15th will be permitted.
