National Scholarship Eligibility Requirements
- Submit a complete application, including a copy of high school transcripts, Taekwondo instructor’s signature, two letters of recommendation and essay. The application must be received by February 15th. Late and/or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Graduation from an accredited high school with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Acceptance to an accredited U.S. college by August 1st to pursue full-time study beginning no later than September 30th.
- Completed the SAT and/or ACT tests with a minimum combined score of 1600 before March
2016 (or a score of 1200 after March 2016) and/or 27, respectively. - Exemplify the skills obtained through ATA International, such as discipline and perseverance.
- Never been convicted of drug possession or distribution.
- Registered with the Selective Services, if required.
- Must be a current member.
