This year marks 20 years since we’ve lost our beloved Founder, Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee. From humble beginnings, Eternal Grand Master had a dream of bringing the world together through Taekwondo and he lived his life like the candle, sacrificing himself to give light to others. He was once asked who would inherit the ATA when he was gone. His answer was simply “You asked the easiest question. I have 150,000 inheritors!” That was 1999 as his dream was beginning to bloom. Today, his dream has touched millions of people from all over the world.

As we remember and reflect on his life and legacy, strive to live your own life like the candle and live with honor. He believed that if you lived with honor, then you would reach your dream.
